Halovolt Gati batteries are LFP (lithium iron phosphate) packs for Indian electric three-wheelers and L5 cargo vehicles. The Gati 105 and Gati 132 are 51.2V batteries for e-rickshaws, also called battery rickshaws, that fit most 48V models. The Gati Auto 210 is a 210Ah pack for L5 e-autos, and the Gati Cargo 132 is a 60V pack for cargo three-wheelers and L5 cargo vehicles. Every Gati pack is certified to AIS-156 Phase II, sealed to IP67 and rated for 4,000 cycles, and you choose a 3-year or 5-year replacement warranty. The Gati 105 and Gati 132 are 51.2V LFP batteries that fit most 48V e-rickshaws. The Gati 105 stores 5.38 kWh and runs about 130 km on a charge. The Gati 132 stores 6.76 kWh and runs about 170 km, for drivers who work long shifts without a midday charge. Range depends on the load, the route and how the vehicle is driven.

The Gati Auto 210 is a 51.2V, 210Ah battery for L5 passenger e-autos. It stores 10.75 kWh and runs about 310 km on a charge. The Gati Cargo 132 is a 60V (60.8V nominal), 132Ah battery for cargo three-wheelers and L5 cargo vehicles, storing 8.03 kWh with a range of about 230 km.
The Gati Auto 210 and Gati Cargo 132 each deliver 100 A continuous and 200 A peak current, and each connects through an Anderson SB100 connector.
AIS-156 is the Indian safety standard for traction batteries in L-category electric vehicles: two-wheelers, three-wheelers and quadricycles. Every Gati battery is certified to AIS-156 Phase II, uses LFP cells and sits in an IP67 sealed enclosure that keeps out dust and monsoon water. Gati batteries accept up to 100 A of charging current, so the Gati 105 charges fully in about 1 hour on a 100 A charger and the Gati Auto 210 in about 2 hours. The charger is sold separately. Use a lithium charger set to 57.6V for the 51.2V packs and 68.4V for the Gati Cargo 132.
