Every pack passes three test gates

Cell lots are tested before they enter stock.

From first drawing to series production
Start-ups and OEMs can start small. Prototypes and low-MOQ batches are built on the same line, with the same tests, as volume orders, so moving to series production never means qualifying a new supplier.

Where is the Halovolt factory?
Rajkot, Gujarat. Design, cell inspection, assembly, testing and dispatch all happen at the one site.
How many battery packs can Halovolt make?
500 MWh+ of battery packs a year, on an eight-station line where every station records its result against the pack serial number.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We build low-MOQ batches for pilots, trials and first customers on the same line and with the same tests as volume orders. One cargo e-rickshaw project started with a 5-vehicle pilot. Tell us your volumes and we will quote.
How long does a prototype take?
Four weeks from an agreed design to a working prototype, built on the production line.
Which certifications does Halovolt hold?
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001. The OEM battery packs we build for customers hold IEC 62133, AIS-156 Phase II, UN 38.3 and BIS (IS 16046). In our shop, Gati EV batteries are certified to AIS-156 Phase II. Our team also takes OEM packs through AIS-156, IEC 62133, IEC 62619, UN 38.3 and BIS certification. We share certificates with buyers on request.
