Common questions
Will a Halovolt battery work with my existing inverter?
Shakti batteries work with standard 12V and 24V home inverters sold in India. Set the inverter to its lithium or "Li-ion" battery mode if it has one. If not, our support team will confirm compatibility for your model.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from Rajkot within one working day and most arrive in 2–9 working days, depending on your region. Delivery is free on every online order.
Who installs the battery?
Shakti batteries and the Prakash and Urja inverters are designed for self-installation in about 15 minutes. Surya and Vidyut systems are installed by a certified Halovolt partner at no extra cost in serviced cities. Gati EV batteries should be fitted by a vehicle technician.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects and capacity loss below 70% of rated capacity within the warranty period. Defective batteries are replaced, not repaired. See the full policy for exclusions.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and the invoice is issued in your company name so you can claim input credit.
Can I return a battery?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund; we arrange collection and you pay the return shipping. Opened products are covered by the warranty.
