Is the Gati 105 right for your e-rickshaw?
The Gati 105 suits drivers whose daily run stays inside its range of about 130 km on a charge. It stores 5.38 kWh at 51.2V, so one sealed pack replaces the four 12V lead-acid batteries of a 48V e-rickshaw.
Measure the battery space first. The pack is 440 × 380 × 190 mm, weighs 43 kg and connects through an Anderson SB100 connector. We don't name vehicle models here, because our fitment work with vehicle makers is under NDA. Send us your vehicle's make and controller details, and we will confirm the fit before you order.
The charger is sold separately: use a lithium charger set to 57.6V. On a 100 A charger the pack charges fully in about 1 hour, and a smaller charger takes longer. It is rated for 4,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge and keeps 80% of its capacity after them at 25 °C. It is certified to AIS-156 Phase II and sealed to IP67 against dust and monsoon water. You choose a 3-year or 5-year replacement warranty, and the price depends on that choice and your quantity. If the vehicle's approval names its battery, ask the vehicle maker before you change it.
