Using the Gati Cargo 132 in a cargo vehicle

The Gati Cargo 132 is a 60V pack (60.8V nominal) for cargo three-wheelers and L5 cargo vehicles with a 60V system. It stores 8.03 kWh, and at about 35 Wh per km that gives about 230 km on a charge. A heavier load or a hilly route will shorten that.

The standard pack is 700 × 450 × 220 mm and 64 kg, with an Anderson SB100 connector. We also build it to a vehicle's own battery space: for one Ahmedabad dealer, more than 100 custom-size 60.8V 132Ah packs after a 5-vehicle pilot. We don't name vehicle models here, because our fitment work with vehicle makers is under NDA. Send us your vehicle's make and controller details, and we will confirm the fit before you order.

The charger is sold separately: use a lithium charger set to 68.4V. On a 100 A charger it charges fully in about 1.5 hours. It is rated for 4,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge and keeps 80% of its capacity after them at 25 °C. It is certified to AIS-156 Phase II and sealed to IP67 against dust and monsoon water. You choose a 3-year or 5-year replacement warranty, and the price depends on that choice and your quantity.
