The battery is covered against manufacturing defects and capacity loss below 70% of rated capacity, and a defective battery is replaced, not repaired. The inverter is covered against manufacturing defects and repaired under warranty.

How many hours of backup does the Urja give?

About 2.5 hours at 400 W and about 4 hours at 250 W. A 250 W load is roughly two fans, four LED lights, a TV and a Wi-Fi router.
